For examples of Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) loans that benefited your community, its businesses and people, simply look in your own archives. I was involved with all OWRB water, sewer, and stormwater loans given out since November 2011. Press releases were sent on those loans. If you do not have information about a project in your area, do not hesitate to email or call me.
For documentation about OWRB having obtained the highest credit rating in the US, click on the link below. It will show recent bond issuances, 100% of which show the highest possible credit rating. The same website will also show the capitol recent bond issuance, which are as low as AA-, which is four notches below the OWRB (it goes, AAA, AAA-, AA+, AA, AA-, and so on).
Below are articles about the runoff debate between my opponent and his former runoff opponent. Includes mentions ofmy opponent's problems with the FDIC and statements about Native Americans.

PRESS RELEASE
STATE TREASURER CANDIDATE CHARLES DE COUNE LAUNCHES FREE NATIONWIDE UNCLAIMED PROPERTY WEBSITE AND ANNOUNCES TOUR TO REUNITE OKLAHOMANS WITH THEIR MONEY
October 11, 2022 (Oklahoma City, OK) – After meeting Oklahomans throughout the state, Charles de Coune has come to the realization that most people are unaware of the more than $1 Billion of their money sitting in the state’s Unclaimed Property account. And it’s growing.
“If the state can find you when you owe taxes, it should be able to find you when it owes you money.” With that in mind, de Coune, who is running for State Treasurer, is embarking on a Reuniting Oklahomans with their money tour. A Test Run this past weekend in Weatherford, El Reno, Yukon, Enid and Okmulgee showed that the effort will be worthwhile: He was able to reunite ten Oklahomans with their money and to educate dozens more about OKtreasure.com, the site to visit to find long-lost money. There were two major problems, however:
With the risk of landing on the wrong website and the desire to look for money in other states, Charles decided to launch a new website: www.charles2022.com/yourmoney. The website provides free Unclaimed Property searches for ALL STATES and Puerto Rico. “The more we reunite Oklahomans with their money, the more our economy will benefit. It’s a win-win.”
But a website is worthless if Oklahomans don’t know about it. So Charles is embarking on a two-week tour to educate Oklahomans and – more importantly – to reunite them to their money. The schedule for the first two days has been finalized and can be found on www.facebook.com/charles4ok. It includes Guthrie, Perry, Pawnee, Pawhuska, Bartlesville, Owasso, Claremore, Vinita, and Miami.
Future stops will be announced on Facebook at a later time.
